Dr. Francesca Baletto got her PhD in physics from Univ. of Genoa in 2003. She moved to ICTP, Trieste as UNESCO fellow and then she was research assistant at MIT, Boston in 2006. Dr. F. Baletto became Lecturer in Computational Physics at King's College London in 2007 and promoted to Senior Lecturer in Physics in 2013. She is member of the Quantum Chemistry Group of the Royal Society of Chemistry and member of the Departmental Juno Committee for the promotion of equality and diversity in her department (as mum of two young children).
