Dettagli

Capacitively coupled quantum dot circuits allow us to study theoretically transport properties of interacting nano-conductors. In particular, we investigate non-equilibrium transport phenomena such as electron pumping in a double quantum dot driven by tunnel oscillations and the suitability of a quantum point contact as charge and current detector. Stationary currents and current-current correlations are analyzed in terms of full-counting statistics obtained from a Bloch-Redfield master equation and extended to frequency-dependent correlations.
