Large area nanostructuration of transparent dielectric substrates through optical interference lithography or through self-assembling approach (Ion Beam Sputtering, IBS).

Light harvesting amplification in thin films and bidimensional devices and materials induced by nanostructuration.

Large area growth of bidimensional semiconductors (MoS2) and optical and electronical functionalization through nanostructuration.

Fabrication of van der Waals heterostructures between bidimensional materials (graphene-MoS2).
