Research activity

My research activity lies within the context of Euclid, an ESA space mission, whose main goal is the understanding of the nature of dark energy and dark matter. In order to perform this analysis, Euclid has two instruments: NISP, which will measure the redshifts of hundred of thousands of galaxies, and VIS, which will measure the shapes of galaxies.

Currently I am studying the cross correlation between weak lensing and cosmic voids, forecasting the measurements of cosmological parameters using these probes. I am also extending this analysis to include other observables, such as the clustering of spectroscopic and photometric galaxies.
