In the past decades, precise observations of our universe have led us to the Cosmological Standard Model: we believe the universe to consist of 70 % Dark Energy, 25 % Dark Matter and only 5 % Barionic Matter. Altough the Standard Model well fits with observations, we are not completely satisfied with it; in particular, we know nothing about the properties and the origin of Dark Energy and Dark Matter. In the first part of the talk I will give an overview of the basics of Modern Cosmology. In the second part I will talk of our work, focusing on the possibility to give model independent constraints on Dark Energy from the Cosmological Equations of state.
